Back by popular demand! You all hear me talking about who’s an introvert and who’s an extrovert – this meetup will tell you which you are and much more! Plus who would be a good fit for you!
Even if you attended last time – you’ll get a lot out of it as you learn more about your own personality style and what works best in relationships!
This is a really fun meetup. :)
So, I hope you’ll join me for — Do Opposites Really Attract? Discover Your Personality Type and Who’s Your Type!
First, you’ll take a quick personality inventory. Then we’ll break up into groups based on your personality type.
And I’ll explain what makes you tick.
You’ll discover what personality types go good with yours. And you may even have some “ah-ha” moments when you recognize which types you’ve been with in the past!
So, here’s a glimpse of what we’ll be talking about:
Are you an Introvert or an Extrovert? (I/E)*
If you’re an Introvert, you need time alone to recharge your batteries. You prefer one-on-one time in a relationship. And you’d rather have a few deep friendships.
If you’re an Extrovert, you probably have lots of friends. One-one-one can be draining for you. So you like to do things together where there’s lots of people and activity. And you lose energy if you’re by yourself too long.
Are you more Intuitive or Sensing? (N/S)*
If you’re Intuitive, you “trust your gut.” Sometimes you just “know” something and you can’t always explain why. You’re idealistic and you can be a bit day-dreamy.
If you’re a Sensing person, you trust your senses — what you can taste, touch, smell, feel. That makes you observant, practical and grounded. You’re realistic.
(This one is the trickiest to navigate if you’re different from the person you’re with.)
Are you a Thinker or Feeler? (T/F)*
If you’re a Thinker, you’re more of a head person than a heart person. You’d rather be logical and fair and just. You can be accused of being distant or cold.
If you’re a Feeler, you’re more tender-hearted and warm. You prefer to make decisions based on compassion and mercy. You can be accused of being too sensitive.
(Slightly more men are thinkers. Slightly more women are feelers.)
Are you more Judging or Perceiving? (J/P)*
If you’re more Judging, you’re a list maker. You’re organized and good with time. And you like to plan ahead. You feel better once you’ve made a decision. So sometimes you can decide you like someone before you really get to know them.
If you’re more Perceiving, you’d rather be spontaneous and flexible. You live “in the moment” which means you can lose track of time. You like to keep your options open – even in relationships. So you can think “the grass is always greener” somewhere else.
So is it better to be the same or different?
The more alike you are, the more COMPATIBLE you’ll be.
But, the more different you are, the more CHEMISTRY you’ll have.
That’s one reason why you might be really attracted to someone in the beginning. But, later on — everything about them drives you crazy!
So, how do you find the right balance of chemistry and compatibility?
I hope you’ll join us to find out.
I’ll bring the personality inventories (as my gift to you).
I’ll also include a group guided imagery/hypnosis to help you be true to who you are and attract someone who would be a good fit for you!
