How to Cure a Valentines Hangover

Valentines Day can be hard if you’re single. All those hearts and flowers and cards leave you with a Valentines hangover.

So, what’s the best remedy?

Count Your Blessings

I know it’s hard to be single, especially on Valentines Day. But, it’s important to remember that a bad relationship is way worse than being alone.

Appreciate Your Gal Pals!

Do you have a BFF or several BFF’s who are single? Now that all the Valentines hoopla has died down, get yourselves together for a spa day, a shopping day or a fancy dinner out. It doesn’t matter what you do as long as it’s fun and maybe even a little extravagant!

Me – Time

What is a favorite treat for you? It could be painting pots or sitting down with a great novel and a cup of coffee. Whatever makes you feel happy and good, just do it! And enjoy some quality time with yourself.

Take 2 Baby Steps and Call Me in the Morning

What are 2 things you could do toward finding your Mr. Right? Is there a class or event you could attend that attracts good guys? Has a friend offered to fix you up with someone she thinks is really special? Could you start smiling and making eye contact the next time someone nice looks your way? You’d be surprised what happens when you let the universe know you’re ready to meet someone good.

 Remember, You’re a Catch!

You deserve a special guy who appreciates just how special you are.  Don’t settle for anything less! <3
