Doctorate in Marriage & Family Studies

I completed my Doctorate in Marriage & Family Studies in the School of Psychology at Fuller Theological Seminary in 2002.

My doctoral dissertation explored how women frequently make decisions regarding their work and family roles from a care perspective. They often take everyone’s needs into account except their own, with subsequent effects on their psychological and physical well-being.  I compared women from both progressive and conservative Christian backgrounds.
